By using O-Mart, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


2. About O-Mart

O-Mart is an online grocery and food delivery platform that allows users to:

  • Browse grocery and food items

  • Place orders

  • Get doorstep delivery

  • Make secure payments through supported payment methods


3. User Account

a) Account Creation

To use O-Mart, you may need to:

  • Register with a valid phone number or email

  • Provide accurate personal information

b) Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

  • All activities under your account

If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.


4. Ordering & Delivery

a) Placing Orders

When you place an order:

  • You agree to provide correct delivery details

  • You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout

  • Order confirmation is subject to availability

b) Delivery

Delivery time may vary based on:

  • Distance

  • Traffic

  • Product availability

  • Weather conditions

We will try our best to deliver on time but do not guarantee exact delivery times.

c) Cancellations

Orders once placed may only be canceled if:

  • Items are out of stock

  • Delivery partner has not yet picked up the order

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:

  • Incorrect information

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Operational issues


5. Pricing & Payments

a) Pricing

All prices displayed on the app include MRP and applicable charges unless stated otherwise.

b) Payment Methods

O-Mart supports:

  • UPI

  • Wallets

  • Credit/Debit cards

  • Cash on Delivery (if available)

c) Payment Failures

If payment fails, the order will not be processed.
In case of duplicate payments, refunds will be processed by the payment gateway.


6. Refunds & Returns

a) Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only offered for:

  • Missing items

  • Wrong items

  • Damaged/expired items

b) Return Policy

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Frozen foods

  • Fresh vegetables & fruits

  • Dairy items

  • Meat/fish

  • Bread

You must report issues within 24 hours of delivery.


7. User Conduct

Users must NOT:

  • Use the app for illegal activities

  • Harm or threaten delivery partners

  • Misuse coupons or offers

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.


8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content on O-Mart including:

  • Logos

  • App design

  • Images

  • Text

  • Software

is owned by O-Mart and protected under copyright laws.
You may not copy or reuse content without our permission.


9. Third-Party Services

O-Mart may use third-party services for:

  • Payment processing

  • Delivery logistics

  • Analytics

  • Map & location services

These third parties have their own terms and policies.


10. Limitation of Liability

O-Mart is not responsible for:

  • Delays in delivery

  • Actions of third-party vendors or delivery partners

  • Losses caused by user mistakes

  • Technical issues beyond our control

Your use of the app is at your own risk.


11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms anytime.
Updated terms will be posted within the app.
Continued use of O-Mart means you accept the updated Terms.
