Browse products, add items to your basket, choose a delivery address at checkout, and confirm payment.
Which cities do you deliver to?
We deliver to cities listed in the app. Use the location check on first launch to see if we serve your area.
What payment methods are accepted?
Cash on Delivery, UPI, debit/credit cards, and digital wallets (where enabled).
How can I track my order?
Go to My Orders in your profile to view order status and history.
How do I request a refund?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos of the issue. See our Refund Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
Open the menu → Delete Account, or visit the Delete Account page. Requests are processed within 30 days.
