Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds for Quality Issues
If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Eligible orders will receive a full or partial refund or replacement.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery refunds may be issued as wallet credit or bank transfer.
Non-Refundable Items
Perishable items consumed or stored improperly after delivery may not qualify for refund. Promotional or clearance items may be marked non-refundable.
